Our favorite crustaceans from over in Belgium are back at it, fighting and putting up hardware reviews for your perusal.  Today they're taking a look at a nVidia offering from MSI, the GeForce 9600GT sporting a cooling solution that's passive for 2D mode and active in 3D.

Or so it claims.  I'm guessing it's simply passive when it's cool and active when it's hot, which would seem to be the norm with nVidia's drivers.
