Titan's Cool Idol CPU cooler is on the testing block at Overclocker's Club today.  It's got heatpipes, lots of metal, and a fairly standard design.  Included are all the bells and whistles you could expect out of a CPU heatsink/fan package.

Running around 50$ it's certainly not cheap, but the performance seems like it might warrant the price. Check out the review at the OCC.
